RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
Prints
Please choose carefully when deciding to order a print. They are produced to order and we are unable to offer returns due to a change of mind. All prints are quality checked before shipping however if your print arrives damaged or is not the item you purchased then a replacement or refund will be issued. Proof of damage will be required. If there is an issue with your order, you must email hello@joycebay.com within two days of receiving the print with a photo and description of the damage.
Other Products
Should you change your mind about your purchase, you must email hello@joycebay.com within two days of your product arriving. To be refunded, your product/s will need to be unused and returned in original packaging along with a copy of the receipt. Refunds will be issued using the payment method used to purchase the product, once it is returned in its original condition. Refunds are issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Joyce Bay is not liable for the loss in transit of items being returned and therefore we recommend using a tracked shipping method. Should you like to exchange your product for another, the shipping of the new item will be at your expense. Sale items and those purchased using promotional codes are not eligible for a refund, so please choose carefully. 
If your product arrives damaged, is faulty or is not the item you purchased, then a replacement (where a product is still available) or refund will be issued. If there is an issue with your order, you must email hello@joycebay.com within two days of its delivery.

We reserve the right to reject any request that does not fall under Australian consumer law.

SHIPPING
Is shipping in Australia free?
Yes! Shipping of any print or product is free within Australia.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we do ship overseas. Shipping charges apply.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping Prints
As prints are made to order, as a guide delivery will take up to two weeks to Australian addresses. If you need your order sooner, please email us at hello@joycebay.com and we can discuss options. International customers are responsible for the payment of any customs or import taxes. We declare the full value paid on shipments.
All prints are sent via Australia Post in a protective mailer or tube with tracking.
Shipping Other Products
All other products are generally dispatched between 2-4 days. All products are sent via Australia Post.

PRINTS
How do you make your prints?
Joyce Bay prints are made from digital scans of the original negative or print. The images are printed on Photo Rag paper - which is an acid free, cotton rag paper, using archival quality pigment-based inks.
Due to the age of the original negatives and prints they do have some imperfections. While we have done some restoration to minimise these we do not guarantee that images will be free of all imperfections and will not accept returns based on this. As such, please choose carefully and if you have any questions, please contact at hello@joycebay.com before purchasing, we will be happy to provide you with further information.
Do you offer framing?
We do not offer framing at the moment, however please contact us at hello@joycebay.com before purchasing your print and we can see how we can help.
I can't find what I want in your online store, can you help me?

Joyce Bay holds the copyright to images produced by Duncan McDermant. They are not to be reproduced, saved or used without permission. If you would like to use an image in any way, please contact us at hello@joycebay.com to discuss.
